Results of the Head Coaches survey!

We want to thank those head coaches who took the time to complete our survey so we can better help you, your kids and the college recruiters.  Our survey was sent out to nearly all of the 366 Head Baseball coaches (both public&private) within the commonwealth.

Results of the survey are as follows with questions answered by the Head Coach.

(Q) Do you enjoy filling out the recruitment questionnaires/packets and especially when you have to repeat that process many times over for one player?
52% said no
25% said yes
20% said sometimes

(Q) Would you like to have a system where you could enter that information 1x and share it with an unlimited number of college contacts?
100% said yes

(Q) If you were a college recruiter, is there anyone place where you could go on the net to obtain as much information as possible on as many Virginia high school players that is clear and concise?
89% said no
11% said yes ... no such place exists; maxprep; maxprep; ?

(Q) Do you enjoy fielding and returning phones calls to the scouts?
50% said yes, does not take up that much time
 7% said no, takes up too much of my time
34% said I rarely get any calls
 9% said I never receive any calls

(Q) When do you know who will be your starting pitcher will be for the next game?
61% said after the previous game
34% said the day before the game
 0% said by 9am on game day
 2% said by 12noon on game day
 2% said 2hrs before the game

(Q) Would someone on your staff be able to enter your starting pitcher and any prospects that are NOT playing for the next game?
93% said yes
 7% said no

(Q) In reference to having a MASTER schedule online with all of the district standings, do you agree that we should wait until next year to work on having a MASTER schedule/district standings available to the public?
73% said yes
26% said no

(Q) Would you like to see this program available to your kids?
34% said yes
 9% said no
36% said maybe
